    Accounted for "protection from domestic violence , " the law of interest to the House of Representatives during the session yesterday, which saw a heated debate about the terms of the controversial law, has not received its laws listed on the agenda of the meeting. 
    This came during a session chaired by Parliament Speaker Salim al - Jubouri , was attended by 222 deputies.                                   
    He recommended the House of Representatives, yesterday, to proceed with the first amendment to the law of amnesty legislation, and the second amendment to the law of the Independent Electoral Commission. Parliament as a response to a draft law to determine the producing provinces and non-oil producing share. 
    A statement to the House of Representatives, received a (long) a copy of it, he voted in principle to reply bill determining the share - producing provinces and non-oil producing submitted by the committees of the oil, energy and wealth of nature and the Committee of the Regions and governorates not organized in a region to the government. 
    The House of Representatives, according to the statement, also in terms of principle to proceed with legislation proposed second amendment to the Law of the Independent Electoral Commission Act No. 11 of 2007 submitted by the Legal Committee. 
    Parliament also agreed in principle to continue the legislation first draft amendment to the law of the amnesty law No. 27 for the year 2016 submitted by the Legal Committee. 
    The disruption of quorum to postpone the meeting package , including laws modifying the Companies Act No. 21 of 1997, and vote on the draft law of arms, as well as to postpone the vote on the candidates of the Federal Public Service Board, and vote on a resolution as the Nineveh Plain disaster area. 
    And it ended the House of Representatives a report and discussion of the draft (Protection from Domestic Violence Law), sponsored by women's committees, family and childhood, human rights, legal, and religious affairs, and labor and social affairs. 
    A statement from the House of Representatives MP Ammar Tohme, President Bloc virtue, commenting on the bill by saying , "It includes some of the material , which calls for the disintegration of the family in the event of removal of one of its members", calling for " the formation of a body of social science researchers to study and address the problems that occur between family members. " 
    In turn , noted Rep . Nora Albjara that " the bill omitted the inclusion of the sex of the employee concerned to investigate the fact that more women are victims of violence , " and asked for "annexation of elders and representatives of civil society organizations in the form of conciliation between the parties." 
    He suggested the MP Najiba Najib formation of a supreme body for protection from domestic violence and organizing training sessions to educate the community of the risks of violence. 
    Olive - Dulaimi to MP "and called for the importance of consulting Islamic religious references and seeking the opinion on the legislation articles of the law." 
    In turn , urged the MP Abbas al - Bayati , to "listen to the views of sociologists and take advantage of their vision in this regard in addition to the advantage of seeing the scholars of the Islamic Shariah Principles legislation of the law." 
    The MP said Riad Ghraib that "Iraqi society is Muslim and tribal and must take into account this dye in the legislation of the bill," a proposal to offer Sharia law experts so as not to contradict the Islamic religion. 
    For its part , it praised the MP Ala Talabani , the efforts of the special Committee on the submission of the bill, indicating that the draft law for women only or Aadam is against men, but also a guarantee for the protection of all family members, calling for the enactment of the law to prevent domestic violence. 
    The MP stressed the importance of sunrise Alabegi bill being constitutionally committed to the application of a number of international conventions adhered to by Iraq in order to reduce violence as a societal necessity. 
    For his part , MP Hassan Shammari pointed to the importance of amending some of the articles in the bill to dispel uncertainty about the special mechanisms of the penalties and how to deal with the issues raised. 
    MP Zana happy and stressed the importance of reducing domestic violence protection of the family as one of the tasks the responsible state, a proposal to rename the bill the Family Protection Act. 
    And MP Abdul Salam al - Maliki said , " to suggest that the tribes partner as being of family violence is unrealistic especially since the social problems in the city 's larger than they are in the villages and rural areas." 
    In its reply to the interventions of the Committee on confirmed , taking into account the views and suggestions of the ladies and gentlemen of the House of Representatives browning bill. 
    Furthermore, followed by MP Niazi architecture Ihsanoglu, a report of the Parliamentary Inquiry Committee on the bombing of the Shiite shrine DAQUQ. 
    Ihsanoglu said that " the explosion was caused by a projectile missile on Husseiniya in the history of 21-10- 2016 , " stressing the investigative committee to "host the commander of the air force and senior officers and a number of eyewitnesses." 
    He pointed out that " the commander of the air force said the plane Sukhoi launched rockets at the western region of Kirkuk and then returned to Baghdad but that all combat system has been disrupted , " noting that "during the pilot turnover launched three missiles in succession near the livestock area and near one of the Peshmerga sites and last in the target Husseiniya. " 
    The report said that "in the event of system failure ever was a pilot during a flight away from residential areas and locations of the Iraqi forces," blaming " the Air Force responsible for the accident which led to the fall of 17 martyrs and 103 wounded and the destruction of 81 beta and 10 cars." 
    The report recommended " the formation of a committee to lead the Air Force to study the reasons for the continuing holidays in the aircraft , " he recommended to "provide all of the Adjutant General and Commander of the Air Force to apologize to the victims and to stop the pilot from the aviation and forwarded to the courts and to compensate the families of the victims and those affected to soothe their souls."
