Keywords and he said in a press statement that "there were circumstances require finding some arrangements and procedures to ensure that salaries, wages and allowances of the staff of the province of Nineveh, has resolved this matter."
Keywords and continued that " a lot of the territory of the province of Nineveh freed, and is currently waiting for editing the right side of the city of Mosul and Nineveh province undoubtedly salaries will be locked and all will be spent."
With regard to the allocation of funding to the province of Nineveh "exceptional", Secretary - General of the Iraqi Council of Ministers explained, that " the budget is known as distributed to ministries and provinces, but did not allocate funds (exceptional) to the province of Nineveh, and there are no exceptions , not the province of Nineveh, nor the other provinces , ".anthy (1)
