Asked the General Directorate of Industrial Development at the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, the competent authorities in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the Baghdad Provincial Council and the Central Bank to intervene to facilitate the launch of the amounts of loans for small and medium-sized industrial projects to support young graduates a class action for the purpose of helping the unemployed them in finding jobs.

And graduate student bodies in the Cabinet Secretariat to overcoming the obstacles related to the financing of these of the mechanisms and conditions laid down by the civil and government banks to release loans allocated to support these projects, amounting to sums projects (5) trillion dinars in order to provide financial support for these young people as little as possible of the conditions which guarantee the right bank and help entrepreneurs to implement a small project.
