The start of the parliamentary session in the absence of half the House of Representatives

The parliament session began Thursday.
According to a parliamentary source told all of Iraq [where] that "the meeting was held under the chairmanship of Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, and the presence of 168 deputies" out of 328 deputies in the absence of any 160 deputies.
Parliament is scheduled to hosts today Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and questioned Chief Election Commissioner Serbest Mustafa.
