    Baghdad Mawazine News
The government's representative in parliament, Turhan al-Mufti, on Saturday responded to the charges of MP Majida al-Tamimi for sending false information.
The Mufti told Mawazin News that "sending information and communications from parliament to the government and its institutions and vice versa is governed by the official books and this is the basis of our work."
"Talk about sending false information to Parliament and misleading is totally untrue," he said.
He stressed that "what happened on the discrepancy between the date of questioning the head of the Electoral Commission, Srbst Mustafa, that the latter sent a formal letter to the parliament set a date of 24/4, and there was another date, but here we are relying on the date written and paper."
It is worth mentioning that MP Majed al-Tamimi accused the Mufti on more than one occasion of sending false information to the parliament and misleading, in addition to that was the reason for postponing the interrogation of the head of the Electoral Commission, saying it would resort to open an investigation file on the subject.
