    He warned the head of the National Alliance , Ammar al - Hakim, yesterday, from the effects of the political conflict witnessed in Basra on security and economic stability. He stressed the need to overcome the political intersections and create an appropriate environment to achieve understandings at the level of the work of local government.
    Hakim pointed, while chairing a joint meeting of the National Alliance with the local government, yesterday, that the large number of military offices to rally popular within cities is the phenomenon of "non - positive", calling for the transfer of those offices outside the cities and to maintain political offices.
    The delegation arrived in the National Alliance, headed by al - Hakim, on Monday morning, to Basra, in a series of rounds conducted in a number of provinces to discuss the service situation and functioning of local governments.
    He visited al - Hakim and the delegation of the National Alliance, during February and March the past, the provinces of Babil , Dhi Qar, Maysan, Muthanna, Diwaniyah and discussed with officials the problems and the relationship between local governments and the central government. He is stressing that " the Iraqi state pass compelling circumstances of the decline in oil imports and the expenses of the war on Daesh, but this does not absolve the federal government and relieve us all to resolve many of the obstacles to the provision of services to our people."
    The President of the Supreme Islamic Council that "reconstruction development and provision of services must be from the Basra gate, and this requires a state of political harmony in the province , " warning "of the political conflicts that have security repercussions and require a code of ethics to prevent clan conflicts that reflected negatively on the security reality ".
