Washington back down and wants a peaceful solution on North Korea

Confirmed by US Vice President Mike Pence, Tuesday, that all options are on the table in dealing with North Korea, but added that President Donald Trump is determined to work with Japan, China and South Korea to reach a peaceful solution.
