Twilight News / witnessed armed clashes between clans rival in the province of Basra, in an event taking increasing widely.
Basra turned into an open arena for the growing force of arms, and the fall of the prestige of the state, with the escalation of the influence of the clans, despite the strategic importance of the city, and the sensitivity of the relationship between rival clans that inhabit the north.
In a move to control the uncontrolled situation in the oil - rich north, the governor of Basra Majed Nasraoui announced (last September 27) the formation of what he called the "Strike security force to resolve tribal conflicts", but fell into the first test to resolve an armed conflict.
