Iraq’s Ambassador in Manila presents credentials to Philippine’s President

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Manila, Mr. Ahmed Al Kamali presented his credentials to Philippine’s President Mr. Benoy Aquino. A statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs received by IraqiNews.com cited “The ambassador conveyed during a meeting with the Pilipino President the thanks of the Government of Iraq for appointing him as ambassador to the Philippines, and the Iraqi government’s desire to develop relations between the two countries and the signing of bilateral agreements, particularly in the area of employment and the exchange of prisoners.” The credentials presentation ceremony was attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines and a number of officials,” the statement concluded.
