Syrian negotiations: a new round in September

The UN envoy to Syria, Stephane de Mistura, announced the end of the seventh Geneva round between the Syrian parties and pointed to progress in gradual steps to reach a final solution to the crisis, but announced a new round to be held between the parties in September.
He explained that the delegation of the regime agreed to participate in the next round, and pointed out that the war on terrorism must be accompanied by a policy to protect civilians, and can not justify targeting.
The UN envoy pointed out that any target for civilians will be subject to legal prosecution, explaining that saving Syria from terrorism has become a basic priority for the international community.
