Sadek President Fuad Masum, the annexation of the Judicial Institute to the Supreme Judicial Council Act.
The Information Office of the Presidency said in a statement Aleomhsalt "direction Press" a copy of "The infallible approved the law included the Judicial Institute to the Supreme Judicial Council" for the year 2017, voted by the House of Representatives earlier. "
He said the office "that initiated this law in order to link the Judicial Institute of the Supreme Judicial Council as a body concerned with the preparation of judges and public prosecutors and their appointment, dismantling duplication of his administration, and for the purpose of development so as to enhance the independence of the judiciary and respect for the rule of law."
He noted that this law sent for publication in the Official Gazette.
The House of Representatives voted in the twenty - third of last May to join the Judicial Institute to the Supreme Judicial Council Act. sa
