He added that the ministry has worked to maintain the share of the province of Nineveh soft loans amounting to 24 billion dinars and began to ease the controls on the submission of loans in terms of guarantor and guarantee the real estate and to ensure the guarantee of a bank guarantees to take into account the difficult circumstances and conditions experienced by the people of Nineveh province.
With regard to the rehabilitation of the role of the state in the liberated areas, the Minister of Labor said that the events and crimes committed by gangs and the terrorist attacks against the people of the people have left tragic phenomena, most notably children of unknown descent and others with disabilities who lost their loved ones or their families during military operations or killing or displacement and they need shelter And the role of containment, as the ministry received up to 16 children, some of them of foreign nationalities and these cases need legal treatments, pointing out that some of the role of the state in those areas were destroyed while others are still eligible to receive those cases, but unfortunately some departments and institutions Of the provincial council has exploited these roles.
He called on all institutions of the state or subsidiary of the province in the liberated areas to vacate those roles and hand them to the departments of the Ministry of Labor, especially that there is agreement with some international organizations for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of those roles, noting that the Ministry was able, in coordination with the UNICEF to rehabilitate Dar Braim orphans in the left coast and beneficiaries Communicate with the Ministry through the Department of Care of people with special needs and security services for the purpose of sheltering them in those roles.
As for the activities provided by social protection departments in the Ministry of Labor, al-Sudani said that the ministry has maintained the disbursement of cash benefits to beneficiaries in the liberated areas since the fall of Mosul on 10/6/2014 until today despite the difficult financial situation of the country and the wave of displacement, indicating that the ministry and within the available possibilities It tried to implement the Social Protection Law with the new mechanism, which includes auditing and social research. It managed to include other poor families in the law. It is about 140 families from Nineveh province, 68 families from Anbar and 61 families from Salahuddin.
He also explained that the Department of Protection of Women has opened alternative outlets in the Kurdistan region, Kirkuk, Karbala, Amiriya Fallujah, Balad and Dujail. Taking into account the humanitarian situation of Yazidi women, 1529 Yazidis were covered by the Social Protection Fund, and 88 women were included in the network of displaced women, In the area of science belonging to Salahuddin, as well as the inclusion of an unspecified number of Christian and Sabean components.
He pointed out that the Department of Women's Protection has also set up psychological support centers for women survivors of violence and called on the terrorist in seven governorates.
