Thanks LIT. I believe things are moving along or the IMF would have discouraged them from the bond offering. Since it is not backed by US dollars, something is in the works and those banks offering the bonds for sale know something and I believe they are quietly passing information to the prospective purchasers. The last offering which was backed by US dollars, went nowhere, so there must be some real incentive in this bond offering.
