    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Foreign Affairs Minister Undersecretary for Bilateral Relations, Nizar Al Khairullah, met the Deputy Japanese Ambassador in Iraq, Katsuke Nagauka.

    A statement by the Ministry received by IraqiNews.com cited “The two sides reviewed the Japanese participation in Iraq’s reconstruction since 2003, the development programs held by Japan for the Iraqi side that covered all Iraqi provinces in addition to the size of the Japanese investment in Iraq and encouraging the Japanese companies to increase it.”
    “They also agreed on holding the joint political meeting in Baghdad next month as well as tackling the Iraqi – Japanese relations, the Syrian crisis and Iraq’s role in finding peaceful solution for it,” the statement added.
    “Present at the meeting was Head of the Asia Department Jawad Kadhim Al Hindawi,” the statement concluded.
