BAGHDAD, Aug 23 (KUNA) - The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the conditions and documents required to apply for special fellowships for master's and doctorate degrees. \ The Director General of the Department of Missions and Cultural Relations, Dr. Salah Hadi Al-Fatawi, said in a statement received by "Iraq Press", a copy of it, "The Department of Missions announced the conditions and documents required to apply for special fellowships to obtain a master's and doctorate," noting that "this step came In order to inform the applicants of the nature of these conditions and facilitate the submission process.
