     The local government of the province of Baghdad, the existence of 600 random areas in the province of Baghdad threatened to sink because of rain in the winter season next, while noting that these areas are areas not serviced by government sectors, a local official confirmed the existence of more than two million citizens living in slums, Agricultural housing. 

    "The local government of Baghdad province, in coordination with the secretariat of Baghdad and the ministries of housing, reconstruction, interior and defense, will serve all areas of Baghdad in the event of any floods," said the first deputy governor of Baghdad, Jassem al-Bukhati. 
    "The Baghdad area includes 600 random areas," he said, adding that "these areas are considered areas threatened by floods because of the coming rains, and that Sadr City and the people and municipalities and the flame will not sink during the coming rains."
    He pointed out that "the province has developed a plan to provide services to slums in the coming rains in coordination with the secretariat of Baghdad and the ministries of housing, reconstruction, interior and defense." 
    For its part, confirmed the MP for the province of Baghdad, Zaytoon al-Dulaimi said for "the extent", "The Prime Minister Haider Abadi officially ordered the removal of informal areas of the capital Baghdad and the provision of services to those areas by service circles." 
    Dulaimi said that "the informal areas are informal areas and can not provide services," noting that "there is coordination of some of the province's deputies with the Secretary of Baghdad, the memory of Alush to provide services and avoid flooding in areas that are within the administrative boundaries of Baghdad."
    Al-Dulaimi said that "Allouche assured us that Baghdad will not sink during the coming winter season," pointing out that "the secretariat of Baghdad has made extensive preparations for the winter season next." 
    In turn, a member of the provincial council of Baghdad, Kamel al-Saadi, "the extent", "The province coordinates with the National Council for Housing through meetings to develop solutions and find alternatives to random housing." 
     Al-Saadi said that "the percentage of overrun on state property by citizens reached 95%, pointing out that there are more than two million citizens living in slums, including agricultural housing." 
    "The impoverished citizen has tended to overrun agricultural land and to divert it to residential areas because of the erroneous policies taken by the federal governments after 2003," said Abbas Rahim al-Saadi, a resident of al-Zafaraniya, east of Baghdad.
    He pointed out that "all governments have not found any radical solutions to the ownership of citizens a role or parts of housing or compensate those who exceed the agricultural land and take them out of them." 
    Al-Saadi said, "In every winter season overflowing areas for lack of services from the Secretariat of Baghdad and the local government and the Ministry of Housing and Public Municipalities," most of the informal areas do not have the most basic services of drinking water and sewage networks. 
    Al-Saadi pointed out that "there are dozens of elders and elders of the Zafaraniya area went to the government agencies to provide services to the informal settlements and recognition by the federal government, but there is no point to those communications."
