Ministry of the Interior has removed 2794 foreigners for violating the conditions of residence inside Iraqi territory during the current year. He stressed that the Directorate imposes fines of up to 100 thousand dinars per person, in addition to the other fines imposed on the company that leaked through the Directorate raised a lawsuit against those companies for prosecution under the Iraqi laws in force and related to this subject to deter other companies that may try to introduce Foreign workers for the purpose of diversion within the country for 
certain amounts of money . Al-Gharbawi said that the Directorate, in cooperation and coordination with the ministries and other security services, including the Ministry of Labor and the Investment Authority, has set the percentage of workers entering with foreign companies so that they do not exceed 50 percent with the remaining percentage of local labor after confirming the validity of the contract between the foreign company and the Iraqi authorities. That the directorates of the General Intelligence and the General Intelligence are the two bodies responsible for checking the information of expatriates from foreign workers and verify the safety of their
