The Karkh Criminal Court, which specializes in combating corruption, has settled the lawsuits related to the crime of what is known as (tax deposits).
A statement by the Supreme Judicial Council received by "Al-Sabah" stated that "sentences of ten years in prison were issued against the accused Nour Zuhair, and (6) years in prison against the accused Raed Juhi, in addition to a number of employees involved in the crime, and three years in prison against the former member of the House of Representatives, Haitham Al-Jubouri."
