[size=45]The Ministry of Planning revealed the next steps for the population census after announcing the preliminary results, while indicating that the enumerators will visit the families that they did not reach during the second phase.[/size]
[size=45]The ministry’s spokesman, Abdul Zahra Al-Hindawi, said, “After announcing the preliminary results, the third phase of the general census of the population and housing began,” indicating that “this phase, which will continue until the tenth of next month, will include collecting detailed data on the living characteristics of the population in the fields of health, housing, education, work, services, life difficulties, and others.”[/size]
[size=45]He added, "During this period, families that researchers and enumerators were unable to visit during the second phase will also be visited, to complete the basic and detailed data on the population."[/size]
[size=45]He pointed out that "after that, the general population data and indicators will be collected, tabulated and classified, so that we can announce the final and detailed results of the census, about two months after the end of the census period."[/size]
[size=45]Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani announced earlier the preliminary results of the population census, noting that the population of Iraq has reached more than 45 million people.[/size]
