    "What happened to Qatar is now happening in another way to Lebanon," Qatari Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman al-Thani said.
    "There are crises that are starting to spiral out of control because there is a pattern of irresponsible and irresponsible leadership in the region," he said.
