BAGHDAD - The Baghdad Municipality on Sunday morning reopened the Muhammed al-Qasim bridge for rapid passage in front of small wheels only.

The Baghdad Municipality closed Mohammed al-Qasim highway in October and announced that it had prepared a number of alternative roads in coordination with the Baghdad Operations Command and the General Traffic Directorate.
