[ltr]A member of the Committee on Economy and Investment in the House of Representatives, Abdul Salam al-Maliki, on Thursday, the government's failure to pay the contractors' entitlements and delayed unfairness to them and the adventure of an important slice in the Iraqi economy, suggesting alternative formulas to resolve this file.[/ltr]
