    In cooperation with the University of Al-Ma'arif and in coordination with Al-Ankhar province, the International Confederation for Minority Information and Human Rights was organized on Sunday, January 21, 2018, with the presence of Anbar's Deputy Governor Ali Farhan Hamid, General of the Anbar Police, Major General Hadi Rizig Kassar and a delegation from the Iraqi Women's Association, as well as a number of intellectuals, representatives of civil society organizations and students of the College in the province.
    The ceremony started with a recitation of the Holy Quran to the reader Mustafa Mohammed, followed by a minute of mourning for the souls of the martyrs of Iraq after the national anthem was played. The festival program, which was presented by the master of the ceremony, included a speech by the Deputy Governor for Technical Affairs, The speech of Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Abdullah and the preacher of the Great Mosque of the State, and the speech of the President of the International Union for Minority Information Mahmoud al-Mandil, in which he referred to the role of the people of the province in promoting the peaceful coexistence between religions and the role of tribes in supporting the expulsion of Zimat Daesh terrorist and the importance of insisting on upholding the Iraqi identity above all titles and affiliations.
    The Association of Iraqi Women participated in the festival, which included the participation of a number of colleagues. The Association also had a speech given by the secretary of the Association Shmeiran Marouk. In her speech, she mentioned the importance of the role of the media in stabilizing the features of civil peace in order to preserve national unity and social cohesion within Iraqi society. Stressing that this needs to support through constructive dialogue as one of the pillars of the achievement of democracy, which must be keen on it and we all know the value of the word and its role and impact in strengthening the national cohesion, adding in her speech that we urgently need civil peace and social stability, and Access to civil peace is achieved only by the rule of law and provides justice and amnesty to reach a society of tolerance, and the use of the media for happiness rather than destructive use to incite violence, murder, vandalism and sedition,

    The festival was distinguished by poetry poems by poets Abdullah Bander and poet Muthanna Karim Ali, and Operetta for a number of young artists from the college students, as well as oil paintings carried out by a group of teachers and students of painters (Yahya Zuhairi and artist Hozifa Mahmoud and artist Anwar Al Nokhab) On the unity of Iraq and peaceful coexistence.
    The delegation, in coordination with the Anbar police headquarters, visited a number of areas in the province to review the situation after the liberation of the cities, as well as visiting the churches and inspecting the Christian families and knowing their situation and needs. 
    This festival comes as part of the strategy of civil society organizations and their role in spreading a culture of tolerance, peace and respect for others, renouncing violence and extremism, protecting the rights of minorities and guaranteeing life for all with dignity without discrimination and consolidating the values ​​of peaceful coexistence and brotherhood between all groups and sects.
