He added that "our citizens in the cities entered by terrorism have been badly affected and their cities need reconstruction and reconstruction as well as all other cities of Iraq, it has also been damaged and needs a lot of attention, and we will achieve justice in reconstruction and construction between all cities of Iraq."
The prime minister stressed that "most of the displaced have returned to their areas and we are working on the return of everyone, and this is our goal, and we are working to make the Iraq reconstruction conference in Kuwait, and we are thankful to the States that will contribute, and we are working to create investment opportunities in Iraq.
"We fought terrorism and turned today into building. We will succeed in this. We succeeded in defeating terrorism with the help of the world. We fought corruption in all its forms and succeeded. Corruption has been greatly reduced and continued to fight it."
"There is a lot of gas reserves in the liberated areas and these stocks have returned to the Iraqi government after the liberation of these cities, which is a great opportunity to invest gas for domestic needs and export as well, and we are focusing on this aspect now."
He added that "instability in the region generates terrorism, as happened in Syria, as well as in Iraq, where our cities and the right of terrorism destroyed our people."
