    For years, Iraqi citizens discover that they were exposed to the process Great cheating, by universities giving certificates of no use, or an academic title that is useless to carry only the name. And called on these universities to recover their money or resort to the courts, and demanded that Iraqi higher education institutions clarify their position from these universities, which are constantly multiplying.
    Some commercial projects, both inside and outside Iraq, benefit from the possibility of registering themselves as "university" in the chambers of commerce in Western countries, without the real meaning of the word.
