Salah al-Din / .. The deputy for the province of Salah al-Din Shaalan al-Karim Sunday, that the province with the implementation of the privatization of electricity and collection, but three conditions are applied by the federal government in Baghdad.
"The first condition must be to implement the privatization project away from financial and administrative corruption and the second should not be a heavy burden on the citizen and the project should be in support of the citizen himself," he told Iraq News.
He added that "the third condition is to implement the project and maintain the financial revenues that come from the collection and that there is no waste of funds by taking them from citizens illegally."
He explained that "the street in the province of Salah al-Din is afraid of the implementation of privatization because of the unfairness of the citizen's financial rights, adding that" the government has taken its decision to implement the privatization project, which is responsible for the decision if it includes failures and negative on citizens reflected on the life of the Iraqi citizen. "
He concluded by saying, "We are in the interest of citizens, but that the application of the project is not tainted by corruption and waste of citizens' money illegally and if there is to preserve the electricity wealth we are with the implementation of the project in Salah al-Din." Finished
