    Asaib Ahl al-Haq confirmed on Wednesday that the United States is seeking to strengthen its presence in Iraq under any name, stressing that NATO will not be able to establish a base in Iraq because of the problems of the alliance with Turkey.
    "The United States is trying in every way to build a stable base in Iraq under the name of NATO," said Mahmoud al-Rubaie, a member of the movement's political bureau. "The alliance will not be able to establish the base because of disagreements with Turkey Which threatens his presence in Iraq. "
    Al-Rubaie added that "no decision can be taken on the introduction of foreign troops without the consent of the parliament rejecting the American presence," noting that "Abadi and during his attendance at foreign conferences, many of the statements circulated by the media, but can not be applied on the ground, Parliament".
