Baghdad Investment Authority confirmed that it has granted 406 investment licenses so far worth more than 15 billion dollars, indicating that a big problem facing investors today is the delay in the ratification of the basic designs.
Shaker al-Zamili said in an interview with the Economic News that the Authority has granted 406 investment licenses worth more than 15 billion dollars since its establishment, indicating that the worker is 170 projects working on the ground and there are 40 housing projects delayed because of the approval of the designs.
