Khandan - revealed a member of the parliamentary Finance Committee, for damage to important documents relied upon in the preparation of final accounts for the budgets of the country since 2004, and until 2012, which means that Iraq will be deprived of the knowledge of what was spent during the nine years, and will miss many of the files of corruption experienced by the country during this period.
Revealed a member of the Finance Committee MP Najiba Najib said in an interview with the newspaper "long", that "Parliament has not received final accounts to offset previous years in its final form by the government so far," indicating that "Maaisalna is just the reports of the Audit Court to accounts of ministries since 2004 and to in 2013. "
"The final accounts that are supposed to reach the Parliament under the Constitution, begins prepared by the Ministry of Finance and then sent to the Office of Financial Supervision, who is audited and make observations them and then return it to the Financial again that are committed to taking observations of financial control and after the financial sent to the government and then ratified by the Council of Ministers. "
She drew Najib said that "Parliament did not happen only on the final accounts prepared by the Office of Financial Supervision only and are not considered definitive because of the lack of ratification by the Council of Ministers", and revealed that the parliamentary Finance hosted the meeting "important" last year, both of the Ministers of Finance at the time lifter Ali al-Issawi and planning Shukri, who stressed that the technical reasons behind the inability to complete the final accounts of the final since 2003, and even 2012.
