After Salim al-Jubouri failed to return to parliament, he tried by all means to market himself as foreign minister in the new cabinet formation.
Informed sources told the " Baghdad Post ", that Jubouri contacts with the political blocs to market himself for the post of Foreign Minister after his failure to return to the parliament.
