{Baghdad: Al Furat News} The Department of Health Baghdad / Rusafa news of the incidence of hemorrhagic fever in the side of Rusafa.
A statement by the Department received the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it that "the Director General of Health Rusafa Abdul Ghani Saadoun al-Saadi presided over a meeting of the Higher Committee on cases of fever haemorrhage."
He explained that "the department has taken all special measures (therapeutic and preventive) of this disease through the creation of isolation and the provision of blood classes and medicines for the disease, as well as the creation of all the requirements of the isolation baths."
Al-Saadi stressed that "the health of Rusafa did not record any case of the disease, but the Department is working to take all the remedial and preventive measures," stressing the importance of awareness and promote health through the dissemination of awareness means to clarify the symptoms and signs of the disease through leaflets and health messages and held individual meetings And especially to the owners and breeders of animals and owners of islands indiscriminate and take health control role in raising awareness with other teams from the promotion of health and information as well as the work of faculties and put them in prominent places to identify the disease.
He pointed out that "the importance of approaching the veterinary services and the Ministry of Agriculture in providing the regular complexes of the islands of indiscriminate," pointing out that the meeting "discussed the situation in general to come up with many recommendations that limit the ways of transmission of the disease."

Hemorrhagic fever is a common disease between humans and animals, especially poultry, rodents and cattle.
In a few days, the virus causes a "hemorrhagic fever" followed by vomiting and diarrhea, and no vaccine for the disease, which can cause between 25 and 90 percent of the deaths among humans.
