It was agreed that the fees for the first student will be reduced by 100 percent, 50 percent for the second and 30 percent for the third. In terms of the second, third and fourth grades, it was agreed to reduce the fees for the first students by 50 percent for the first student, 30 percent for the second and 20 percent for the third, pointing out that the aim of the decision was to create competition among the students. On the other hand, students in the "morning" talks called for issuing instructions from the beginning of the academic year and not after the final examinations, as did their colleagues who benefited from the decision during the past academic years.
