France opens two cultural centers in Baghdad and Mosul

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Abdel-Razzak Al-Issa received a French delegation including Jerome Chagte, Vice-President of the province of lle de france and French Ambassador in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Bruno Ober.
