Oil expert Hamza al-Jawahery said that the two houses of ministers and deputies should lower the price of oil estimated next year in order to absorb economic shocks and the need for other international loans.
"In light of the continuing decline in oil prices, the government is obliged to estimate oil at about $ 35 or $ 45 a higher limit in order to reduce public expenditure and approach the budget of 2017 Austerity.
He added that 'the price of oil can not be predicted in the future so can not risk high prices', indicating that' the government can adopt the fund to absorb economic crises within the budget next year to collect surplus oil prices in the event of rising to increase development.
