Al-Sultani: A mistake made by the political blocs by voting on part of the ministerial cabin

He explained that 'a lot of problems will appear in this period because the wheel of services will stop because of the end of the work of local governments with the upcoming elections to the Councils, and the only harm will be the citizen' s.
