    A spokesman for the Ministry of Planning Abdul-Zahra: that the ministry has obtained the approval of the Cabinet to the assignment of the projects included in the current year budget in 2014 by the ministries and provinces, and to postpone the signing until after the adoption of the budget by the House of Representatives, stating that the move aims to accelerate the completion of the steps Preliminary relating to any project in order to avoid the disruption that occurs due to the delay in approving the budget.
