Federal Court inquires about the fate of the oil agreement between Baghdad and the region

BAGHDAD / The Supreme Federal Court on Thursday announced the postponement of the appeal session to extract the Kurdistan Region oil from its territory and export it directly to the third of next April. He pointed out that "the court addressed a number of questions, including knowledge of the fate of the oil agreement between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government and its impact on the course of the lawsuit, as well as the impact of Article 10 of the Federal Budget Law for the year 2019 on the course of the lawsuit.
