The "Alliance" called by the coalition, "the so-called" by the leader of the current Moqtada al-Sadr on Tuesday Parliament to the recommendation of the federal government to approach the Kuwaiti side for the payment of financial dues to Iraqi soldiers who worked in the Ministry of Defense of that country.
"Many calls were received from Iraqi citizens who worked in the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense prior to 1991 and after their demobilization and return to Iraq, their dues were not paid like their counterparts in the ministry," MP Sarsoun Sadiq al-Sulaiti told a news conference.
Al-Sulaiti called on "the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Government to approach Kuwait to defend the rights of those in accordance with the Constitution as Iraqi citizens and to pay their salaries and their dues in the thousands."
