    The leader of the Movement for Change Saber Ismail, Sunday, that the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan bears the largest part in delaying the formation of the provincial government, noting the lack of features of a real agreement between the Union and the Kurdistan Democratic Party.
    Ismail said in a statement that the problem of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan lies in the conditions it placed on the Kurdistan Democratic Party, noting that "there are no features of a real agreement between the two Kurdish parties different positions and influence."
    Ismail added that "the delay in the formation of the government caused a major disruption in the joints of the institutions of the region."
    The Kurdish parties earlier decided to postpone negotiations on the formation of the new Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) until after the Noruz holidays due to stalled negotiations. Ending / 15
