    The Ministry of Planning announced on Sunday the low rate of monthly inflation and the annual rise of February.
    "The general index for the month of February 2019 in Iraq was 104.4 percent, down by 0.5 percent compared to January 2019." The ministry's spokesman Abdul-Zahra al-Hindawi said in a statement received by Al-Maaloumah.
    "The food and non-alcoholic beverages sector decreased by 1.1 percent, clothing and shoes by 1.2 percent, housing by 0.5 percent and communication by 0.3 percent," Hindawi said.
    "The annual inflation rate rose by 0.4 percent in February 2018 compared to February 2018, when the index reached 104.0 percent, while the inflation index decreased by 0.1 percent from the previous month and rose by 0.3 percent, Compared to February 2018. " Ending / 25

    The Ministry of Planning announced on Sunday the low rate of monthly inflation and the annual rise for the month of February.

    Hindawi added that the annual inflation rate increased during the month of February 2019 to (0.4%) compared to February 2018, when the index reached (104.0%), while the index of inflation index basis (0.1%) from the previous month and increased by (0.3%) compared to With the month of February 2018.
