TEHRAN (Reuters) - Iranian President Hassan Rowhani said on Wednesday that the road to negotiations with the United States remains open if Tehran abides by its nuclear deal.
Rohani's statement comes a day after a counter-statement by Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Abbas Mousavi, who ruled out the possibility of negotiations between his country and Washington.
