The parliamentary Finance Committee revealed on Sunday that a large waste of public money caused by the delegations of the three presidencies during their travels outside the country, while the statement that one of the ministers spent 700 million Iraqi dinars on his private trips without commissioning work and official functions.
"The delegations accompanying Prime Minister [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] President Barham Salih and Parliament Speaker Mohammed Halbusi during the foreign visits waste money, unnecessary and larger than the tasks of the visit and does not cover the results," said a member of the Committee Hanin Qaddo said in a statement to / "These delegations cost the state billions of dinars and exhausting the state budget, which lives a kind of austerity and lack of funds."
He pointed out that "all the visits by the three presidencies have not been briefed by the House of Representatives and the extent of the agreements and results achieved from them," explaining that "the Finance Committee is currently working to collect information on the costs of delegations to be discussed within the House of Representatives."
He added that "the House of Representatives is in the process of committing the three presidencies not to accompany large delegations during the official visits and limited to a few of them to reduce the expenses," noting that "one of the ministers in the current government spent more than 700 million Iraqi dinars on private trips without commissioning work and official tasks" .
The three presidencies have conducted a lot of official visits during the past month to a number of Arab and European countries to strengthen relations and economic agreements, as well as moves towards the American side and Iran to ease the tension, accompanied by the three presidencies of a large number of government figures at the level of minister and deputy director general and agent .End 25 T
