revealed a political source familiar with, on Sunday, three issues disrupt the selection of Vice-President of the Republic, pointing to the unwillingness of the political blocs in the House of Representatives to open this file.
The source said, "The political blocs in the House of Representatives do not want to open this file at the present time until the resolution of other contentious issues," adding that "the most important priority of these blocks concentrated in three important things."
He pointed out that "the first issue concerns the need to expedite the resolution of the cabinet file which is still free of ministers of defense, interior, education and justice," pointing out that "the other issue is related to the presidency of the remaining parliamentary committees that are struggling by the political blocs because of their importance in the control and legislation "He said.
The source added: "The third issue is linked to the file of senior positions and special grades scheduled to be resolved before the thirtieth of June, which represents the deadline for the management of these positions by proxy."
He pointed out that "the importance of these three issues for the political forces is the postponement of the election of a deputy or vice-president of the Republic," pointing out that "a number of deputies did not take the oath of office, and did not attend any meeting so far in the hope of getting the post (Vice-President Republic ")
