    [size=18]President of the House of Representatives Mohamed Halboussi, on Monday, that the Speaker of Parliament and his deputies and members of the Council do not have pensions.


    "The president of the House of Representatives and his deputies and members of the Council for the current or previous electoral cycle do not have retirement privileges," Halboussi said in a statement received by Alsumaria News. 

    He added that "the allocation of cars and other material concessions to the deputies," noting that "the last electoral cycle has seen a reduction in the salaries of owners of special grades, including members of the House of Representatives to less than half, consistent with the policy of the state of austerity and pressure of expenditure, Half, and the deputies are still welcome in this direction.
