Baghdad / National Information Center (NNC)
Al-Fateh MP Mohammad Karim announced on Wednesday the agreement with Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi to set conditions on candidates for special grade positions.
Karim said the National Center for Expertise (NNC), "There are standards have been developed and agreed upon and became the duty of implementation, whether by the political blocs or the Prime Minister."
He added that "these criteria and conditions are efficiency and professionalism and that the candidate is not covered by accountability and justice and does not have on the candidate on special grades any files of financial and administrative corruption and there are no indicators in the Integrity Commission or has the orientation of belonging, and have the experience and competence to take office.
He explained that "will be divided names in the Council of Ministers in principle and anyone who stands against the nomination of personalities on special grades to provide evidence to convict them."
Last week, the Parliamentary Integrity Committee described the directives of the Council of Ministers to extend the work of the "legal breach" grades.
On Monday, July 1, 2019, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers directed the officials who run their proxy positions to continue their duties, after extending the period of time for this file to 24 October 2019.
