The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Iraq, approved the adoption of the transition and hosting of the cadre of teachers and students according to channel education [Parallel].
"The Minister of Education, Qusay al-Suhail, agreed to adopt the transition and hosting regulations between all universities and colleges for the morning and evening studies and the controls of students' transfer according to the special education channel of the morning," a ministry statement said.
"The application will be in accordance with an electronic system. The application will start from Tuesday 2019/7/9 and will allow the student to apply for only five faculties and a sum of 5,000 dinars will be deducted for each college to be submitted.
