    (Baghdad: Al-Furat News) Governor of Salah al-Din Ammar Jabr, the approval of the Emir of Kuwait Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah, the construction of several residential cities in the province.
    Jaber said in a statement that "the Emir of Kuwait ordered the implementation of the request to build a residential city in the district of Baiji to destroy their homes by the war on Dahesh, as well as other cities, namely Yathrib and Aziz Balad. 
    "The Kuwaiti prime minister also agreed to form a joint committee to implement the grants approved by the Kuwait Conference for the reconstruction of Iraq in February 2018 during a meeting with the speaker of the Iraqi parliament to accelerate the reconstruction of liberated areas and the return of displaced people." 
    This comes within the framework of a visit by a delegation led by Parliament Speaker Mohamed Halaboussi to Kuwait to discuss the funds of the reconstruction conference held in Kuwait last year. 
    A statement issued by the Office of Halbusi, the Speaker of the Parliament "the price of Kuwait's positions in support of Iraq at the International Conference of donors," stressing the need to activate reconstruction projects that support the Iraqi government.
    "We came to the State of Kuwait with the executive officials in the government; to discuss the files related to the reconstruction projects of Iraq from the grants that were allocated at the Kuwait International Conference, especially in the field of health and education in all provinces." 
    The Emir affirmed Kuwait's readiness to help Iraq and stand with it, and that Kuwait would do its utmost to fulfill its commitments at the Kuwait International Donor Conference and would urge countries to honor their commitments.

    The governor of Salah al-Din in Iraq, Ammar Gabr, the approval of the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the construction of several residential cities in the province.
