MP Yahya al-Mohammadi said that the laws that have divided the Iraqi society between a beneficiary and a revenge on the state have been initiated in earlier stages.
Al-Mohammadi said that the House of Representatives currently disagrees with performance, thinking and outputs, and seeks at this session to address many of the laws that have been initiated in exceptional circumstances, especially those of a political, sectarian and social nature.
He pointed out that these laws have greatly influenced the existence of discrimination between segments of society at the expense of other segments, which violates the Civil Service Law.
