To / Ministry of Commerce / Companies Registration Department ( Withdrawal of License )[ Issue: 20080/5/9 Date: 2019/8/29]According to the decision of the Board of Directors of this bank No. (116) for the year 2019.In view of the violation of the New Land Company to mediate the sale and purchase of foreign currencies, the laws of the Central Bank of Iraq No. (56) for the year 2004 and the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism No. (39) for the year 2015 and based on the decision of the Committee to freeze the funds of terrorists No. (28) for 2019.It was decided to withdraw the license of the company mentioned above and to cancel the certificate of incorporation granted by you and provide us with a letter to write off the company name from your records and the minutes and liquidation letter certified.
