Report: Iran's financial mechanism with Iraq will put its trade under the American guillotine

An Iranian news report revealed that the financial mechanism agreed by the Iranian and Iraqi sides recently will put Iran's trade under the control of the United States, in light of restrictions on transactions and financial exchanges of Tehran as a result of international sanctions.
